Step 1
Dice the onions, cut the peppers into slices and fry alternately in vegetable oil.
Step 2
Then add the sliced tomatoes, salt and stew, stirring for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add paprika, salt and pepper. Make 4 wells in the vegetables, beat an egg into each well and fry until the egg white is cooked.
