Simple to prepare, but still very tasty and colorful, like autumn leaves, lecho with eggs in a pan.

Ingredients


sweet pepper 2 pcs
skinned tomatoes 4 pcs
onions 1 pc
eggs 4 pcs
vegetable oil 50 ml
TO TASTE:
salt
black pepper
paprika

Instructions


Step 1

Dice the onions, cut the peppers into slices and fry alternately in vegetable oil.

Step 2

Then add the sliced tomatoes, salt and stew, stirring for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Add paprika, salt and pepper. Make 4 wells in the vegetables, beat an egg into each well and fry until the egg white is cooked.

Step 4

Serve with bread toast, if desired. Enjoy.
