hard cheese 40 g |
ham 60 g |
tomato 60 g |
sweet pepper 50 g |
zucchini 80 g |
butter 30 g |
vegetable oil 20 ml |
green onion 5 g |
parsley 5 g |

Step 1
Dice the bell peppers, tomatoes, zucchini and ham.
Step 2
In a mixture of vegetable and butter oil, fry the peppers first, then add and sauté the tomatoes and zucchini. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Cut the tops off the buns, remove the pulp and fill them with vegetables and ham. Beat an egg into each bun. Sprinkle with grated cheese and chopped herbs. Bake at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Enjoy.
