Ingredients


beef 800 g
beef broth 800 ml
onions 120 g
carrot 150 g
celery root 150 g
garlic 3 cloves
peas 120 g
tomato paste 40 g
balsamic 40 ml
soy sauce 40 ml
red dry wine 100 ml
wheat flour 30 g
vegetable oil 40 ml
bay leaf 4 pcs
TO TASTE:
salt
black pepper
dried thyme

Instructions


Step 1

Slice the meat, season with salt and pepper, coat in flour and fry in oil until browned. Then transfer to a saucepan.

Step 2

Then chop and fry the onion, carrots and celery. Add to the meat.

Step 3

Separately fry the minced garlic and tomato paste. Transfer to a saucepan, add the wine, soy sauce, balsamic, thyme, bay leaf and stock.

Step 4

Braise at a low temperature for about 1-1.5 hours. 10 minutes before the end of cooking, put in the green peas. Bon appetit!
