Step 1
Slice the meat, season with salt and pepper, coat in flour and fry in oil until browned. Then transfer to a saucepan.
Step 2
Then chop and fry the onion, carrots and celery. Add to the meat.
Step 3
Separately fry the minced garlic and tomato paste. Transfer to a saucepan, add the wine, soy sauce, balsamic, thyme, bay leaf and stock.
