Flavorful turkey roll with spicy pork stuffing wrapped in pork brisket

| minced pork 400 g |
| pork brisket (boiled-smoked) 300 g |
| egg 1 pc |
| breadcrumbs 30 g |
| vegetable oil 15 ml |
| TO TASTE: |
| salt |
| black pepper |
| smoked and sweet paprika |
| dried garlic |
| ground coriander |
| red pepper |
Step 1
Season the minced meat with salt and spices. Add breadcrumbs, egg and mix.
Step 2
Unwrap the turkey fillet in a butterfly shape, baste, season with salt and black pepper.
Step 3
Overlap the brisket sliced into long thin slices, put the fillet and stuffing on it, roll up into a tight roll and tie it with twine.
Step 4
Grease the roll with vegetable oil, bake at 170 degrees for 1.5 hours. Bon appetit.
