Today we would like to offer you to prepare an oriental sweet - almond keshkul. The basis of its preparation is similar to the milk dessert mukhallebi. You can add not almond flour to the milk, but boil almonds in it, take them out of the milk and then decorate the dish.

almond flour 3 tbsp. |

Step 1
Mix rice flour, starch, almond flour, sugar and vanilla. Add the egg yolk and a little cold milk, stir the mixture until the lumps are dissolved.
Step 2
Pour the milk into a saucepan and slowly, stirring thoroughly, pour in the prepared mixture. Stirring, bring the mixture to a boil, cook for a while until the consistency of a thick kissel. Quickly pour the dessert into rosettes, decorate with pistachios and almonds and refrigerate. Enjoy!
