Sweet baked pumpkin fritters for little and big sweet tooths alike
| baked pumpkin 240 g |
| wheat flour 200 g |
| leavening agent 5 g |
| kefir 240 ml |
| eggs 2 pcs |
| sugar 60 g |
| vanilla sugar 20 g |
| melted butter 30 g |
| vegetable oil 30 ml |
| salt a pinch |
Step 1
Sift together the flour and baking powder.
Step 2
Grind the baked pumpkin with a blender and combine with the flour.
Step 3
Add kefir, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, oil and mix. Allow the dough to rest for 25-30 minutes.
Step 4
Then bake the fritters in vegetable oil.
Step 5
If desired, serve to the table with sour cream, mint, cinnamon, nuts and honey. Enjoy.
