Step 1
Separate the whites from the yolks and whip into a stiff foam. Dilute milk with water (200 ml). Mix the yolks with sugar, add 5 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Stir this mixture into the milk. Gradually add flour and knead the dough. Add the whipped proteins and bake immediately. Cool the finished pancakes.
Step 2
For the filling: stew chopped herbs for 5 minutes in heated butter. Then mix with finely grated feta. Place the filling on the pancakes, roll up. Place on a parchment-covered baking tray and put in an oven heated to 220 ° C for 5 minutes.
