This recipe is great for a romantic breakfast. It is very similar to eggs Benedict, only with salmon. You can make both versions and share with your soulmate at the table.

Lightly salted salmon 2 slices. |

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp. |
Mustard 1 tsp. |

Step 1
Prepare poached eggs. To do this, boil water in a saucepan, add vinegar and a little salt. Beat the egg into a shot glass or cup. Stir the water well with a spoon to form a whirlpool, and carefully pour the egg. After a minute, remove with a slotted spoon to a kitchen towel and allow to dry.
Step 2
For the sauce, mix the mayonnaise with the mustard. Add lemon juice and ground black pepper, preferably freshly ground.
Step 3
Place hot toast on a plate, top with salmon slices, then poached eggs and sauce.
