Pan-Asian dinner — savory veal braised in sweet and sour sauce with tender vegetables.

Ingredients


zucchini 400 g
green beans 150 g
garlic 2 cloves
soy sauce 60 ml
wheat flour 30 g
lemon juice 20 ml
olive oil 40 ml
butter 50 g
honey 20 g
TO TASTE:
chili sauce
salt
black pepper
paprika
thyme

Instructions


Step 1

Mix flour with salt and pepper, coat the diced meat and fry in vegetable oil with chopped garlic.

Step 2

Combine honey, chili sauce, lemon juice, soy sauce, mix and pour the mixture over the meat. Braise until cooked through.

Step 3

Cut the zucchini into long thin slices and fry together with the beans in a mixture of vegetable and butter oil.

Step 4

Season the vegetables with paprika, thyme, salt and pepper.

Step 5

Combine with the meat and serve. Bon appetit!
