| garlic 2 cloves |
| soy sauce 60 ml |
| wheat flour 30 g |
| lemon juice 20 ml |
| olive oil 40 ml |
| butter 50 g |
| honey 20 g |
| TO TASTE: |
| chili sauce |
| salt |
| black pepper |
| paprika |
| thyme |
Step 1
Mix flour with salt and pepper, coat the diced meat and fry in vegetable oil with chopped garlic.
Step 2
Combine honey, chili sauce, lemon juice, soy sauce, mix and pour the mixture over the meat. Braise until cooked through.
Step 3
Cut the zucchini into long thin slices and fry together with the beans in a mixture of vegetable and butter oil.
Step 4
Season the vegetables with paprika, thyme, salt and pepper.
