Vegetarian gratin of peppers, tomatoes and zucchini filled with roasted vegetables and croutons

Step 1
Cut the peppers, tomatoes and zucchini in half, remove the pulp with a spoon and place the hollow halves in a Clever Cooking dish. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Finely chop the vegetable pulp, sauté in olive oil, season with herbs and salt and mix with the croutons.
Step 3
Fill the hollow halves with the roasted vegetables and drizzle with olive oil.
Step 4
Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 200°C.
