This salad can be served separately or as a side dish to meat and fish
asparagus beans 300 g |
green onions (peel the heads) 300 g |
spinach (pick but do not chop) 500 g |
olive oil or butter |
salt |
pepper |
Step 1
Heat the oil in a skillet. Sauté the asparagus beans.
Step 2
When they have softened, add the whole onion and spinach leaves.
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper. Mix well and cook until tender. Fry the spinach leaves for up to 5 minutes. Serve hot.
At the last moment you can add a small bunch of coriander - the flavor of the salad will change dramatically
