Ingredients


asparagus beans 300 g
green onions (peel the heads) 300 g
spinach (pick but do not chop) 500 g
olive oil or butter
salt
pepper

Instructions


Step 1

Heat the oil in a skillet. Sauté the asparagus beans.

Step 2

When they have softened, add the whole onion and spinach leaves.

Step 3

Season with salt and pepper. Mix well and cook until tender. Fry the spinach leaves for up to 5 minutes. Serve hot.

At the last moment you can add a small bunch of coriander - the flavor of the salad will change dramatically
