Cookies can be not only sweet, but also salty! Today we are making salty cottage cheese cookies for breakfast, which can be served with tea and coffee, as well as with soup, broth or beer, if you decide to bake them for the evening!

Step 1
Rub the cottage cheese with the butter, salt and cardamom. Add the sifted flour and baking powder. The dough should be soft and not stick to your hands, if necessary you can add a little more flour.
Step 2
Shape the dough into a sausage, cut like lazy dumplings and use your fingers to form tortillas. Sprinkle with black and white sesame seeds, cumin and poppy seeds.
Step 3
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 C.
