dark chocolate (60%) 120 g
sugar 110 g
wheat flour 75 g
soft butter (82%) 60 g
milk 40 ml
egg (room temperature) 1 egg
cocoa 30 g
vanilla sugar 10 g
leavening agent 5 g
salt pinch

Instructions


Step 1

Melt the chocolate in a steam bath. Let it cool.

Step 2

Meanwhile, sift together the flour, cocoa and baking powder, add the butter, salt and mix with a mixer.

Step 3

Add the sugar, egg, milk and vanilla sugar and mix again.

Step 4

Then stir the chocolate into the mixture and place the dough in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Step 5

Afterwards, form the dough into balls weighing 50 grams each and place them on a parchment-lined baking tray.

Step 6

Bake the cookies at 180 degrees for 12 minutes. Then let it cool down. Bon appetit.
