Chicken thighs with young potatoes

Chicken thighs marinated in yogurt with spices, baked with young potatoes

Ingredients


2 large hams
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
chicken seasoning to taste
MARINADE:
classic yogurt 200 g
garlic 2 cloves
smoked paprika 2 tsp.
Italian herbs 1 tsp.
lemon juice to taste
salt to taste
red pepper to taste
GARNIRE:
young potatoes 0.5 kg
garlic 3 cloves
balsamic vinegar 15 ml
olive oil 15 ml
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
thyme to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Remove the skin from the thighs and make 5-6 transverse incisions in the flesh. Rub with salt, black pepper and chicken seasoning.

Step 2

For the marinade, combine the crushed garlic with the rest of the ingredients, mix and marinate the thighs for 2-3 hours.

Step 3

For the garnish, combine the potatoes, chopped garlic and the rest of the ingredients. Stir to combine.

Step 4

Bake the hams with potatoes at 200 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes. Enjoy.
