 
Chicken thighs marinated in yogurt with spices, baked with young potatoes
| 2 large hams |

| MARINADE: | 
| classic yogurt 200 g | 
| garlic 2 cloves | 
| smoked paprika 2 tsp. | 
| Italian herbs 1 tsp. | 
| lemon juice to taste | 
| salt to taste | 
| red pepper to taste | 
| GARNIRE: | 
| young potatoes 0.5 kg | 
| garlic 3 cloves | 
| balsamic vinegar 15 ml | 
| olive oil 15 ml | 
| salt to taste | 
| black pepper to taste | 
| thyme to taste | 
Step 1
Remove the skin from the thighs and make 5-6 transverse incisions in the flesh. Rub with salt, black pepper and chicken seasoning.
Step 2
For the marinade, combine the crushed garlic with the rest of the ingredients, mix and marinate the thighs for 2-3 hours.
Step 3
For the garnish, combine the potatoes, chopped garlic and the rest of the ingredients. Stir to combine.
Step 4
Bake the hams with potatoes at 200 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes. Enjoy.
