Classic, incredibly tasty chicken paprikás (paprikás)

Ingredients


chicken breast 2 pcs
onion 1 pc
red bell pepper 2 pcs
chili pepper 1 pc
tomatoes 2 pcs
garlic 2 cloves
paprika 2 tsp.
sour cream 1 cup
flour 1,5 tbsp.
vegetable oil 3 tbsp.
salt and black pepper to taste
FOR DECOR:
fresh herbs

Instructions


Step 1

Fry medium diced chicken breast in vegetable oil until golden.

Step 2

Then fry the onion, bell pepper and chili in the same oil. Add the coarsely grated tomatoes and saute for 10 minutes.

Step 3

After 10 minutes, add the garlic, paprika and fried breast.

Step 4

Mix the sour cream thoroughly with the flour and add to the dish. Mix well, salt and pepper.

Step 5

If desired, decorate with herbs and sprinkle with black pepper. Bon appetit!
