To some, this kind of jam may seem very simple and unremarkable. We disagree! Apple jam is a classic, without which it is simply impossible to imagine a tea party! Today we are preparing retro apple jam, but with cinnamon and cognac!

2 cinnamon sticks |
300 g sugar |
1 lemon |
30 ml brandy |
50 g raisins |
Step 1
Peel, core and dice the apples. Place in the bucket of the bread machine.
Step 2
Add the raisins, cinnamon sticks, sugar and brandy to the apples. Squeeze in the lemon juice and cook in the breadmaker for 1.5 hours, set to "Jam" mode.
Step 3
Transfer the jam to a terilized jar.
