Tender cottage cheese-apple pie with caramel sauce

CARAMEL SAUCE: |

warm cream (30%) 225 g |

Step 1
Combine eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar, beat with a mixer until puffy. Add cottage cheese, flour, butter and baking powder. Stir to combine.
Step 2
Core the apples, cut into thin slices and mix with the cinnamon.
Step 3
Cover the bottom of the mold with parchment, grease the sides with butter and place the dough in it. Overlap the apples on top.
Step 4
Bake the pie at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Then let it cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Step 5
For the caramel, combine the melted sugar and cream, mix until smooth. Add the butter and mix again.
