A quick hot appetizer is zucchini baked in crispy bacon.
zucchini (small) 4 pcs |
bacon 16 ribbons |
onions 30 g |
garlic 2 cloves |
balsamic syrup 25 ml |
olive oil 15 ml |
TO TASTE: |
fresh chili pepper |
salt |
black pepper |
Step 1
Chop garlic, chili pepper and onion, combine with oil, salt, black pepper and mix.
Step 2
Cut the zucchini in half. Spread the chili, garlic and onion mixture on them, wrap in bacon and bake at 250 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Step 3
Drizzle with balsamic syrup. Enjoy.
