 
Saltimbocca Roman style - a quick hot appetizer for when guests suddenly arrive
| chicken fillet 200 g | 
| ham 40 g | 
| hard cheese (or mozzarella) 60 g | 
| vegetable oil 15 ml | 
| TO TASTE: | 
| salt | 
| sage | 
| ground black pepper | 
Step 1
Cut the chicken fillets at an angle into 4 pieces.
Step 2
Cover with foil, baste, sprinkle with sage, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Place a slice of cheese and ham on each piece of meat.
Step 4
Roll up the rolls, pin them with skewers and brush with vegetable oil.
Step 5
Bake at 210 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy.
