Juicy tender broccoli casserole with chicken
broccoli florets 400 g |
chicken fillet 300 g |
onions 100 g |
yogurt (nonfat) 240 ml |
eggs 2 pcs |
hard cheese (non-fat) 75 g |
olive oil 15 ml |

Step 1
Boil broccoli florets in salted water until half-cooked, dip in ice water and drain in a sieve.
Step 2
Sauté the chopped onion in olive oil. Add the sliced chicken and fry until browned.
Step 3
Grease a baking dish with olive oil. Place the broccoli on the bottom and top with the chicken and onions.
Step 4
Combine the eggs, yogurt, salt, Italian herbs and pepper in a bowl. Stir and pour this mixture over the broccoli and chicken. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 5
Bake at 180° degrees for 20 minutes.
