Chicken stuffed with buckwheat

A dish worthy of any festive table - tender baked chicken stuffed with buckwheat.

Ingredients


cooked buckwheat groats 250 g
chicken (1.5 kg) 1 pc
onion 200 g
garlic 6 cloves
carrots 100 g
butter 100 g
vegetable oil 50 ml
parsley 20 g
TO TASTE:
salt
black pepper
dried garlic
paprika

Instructions


Step 1

Prepare the stuffing: fry chopped onion, carrots and garlic in vegetable oil. Add buckwheat, butter and chopped parsley.

Step 2

Stir and stuff the chicken with the stuffing.

Step 3

Mix a tablespoon of vegetable oil with dried garlic, black pepper, paprika and salt.

Step 4

Brush the chicken with this mixture and bake for 1.5 hours at 180°.
