Step 1
Prepare the stuffing: fry chopped onion, carrots and garlic in vegetable oil. Add buckwheat, butter and chopped parsley.
Step 2
Stir and stuff the chicken with the stuffing.
Step 3
Mix a tablespoon of vegetable oil with dried garlic, black pepper, paprika and salt.
Step 4
Brush the chicken with this mixture and bake for 1.5 hours at 180°.
