 
Greek chicken souvlaki with zadziki sauce
| chicken thigh flesh 600 g | 
| garlic 4 cloves | 
| lemon juice 30 ml | 
| olive oil 50 ml | 
| parsley 15 g | 
| TO TASTE: | 
| salt | 
| black pepper | 
| oregano | 
| fresh chili pepper | 
| ZAJIKI SAUCE: | 
| Greek yogurt 200 ml | 
| fresh cucumber 100 g | 
| garlic 1 clove | 
| dill 10 g | 
| mint leaves 10 g | 
| lemon juice 10 ml | 
| salt, black pepper to taste | 
Step 1
Cut the peeled cucumber into small cubes, salt it, and toss it in a sieve to drain off the excess liquid. Then combine with chopped herbs, squeeze garlic, add lemon juice, yogurt, salt and black pepper. Stir.
Step 2
For the marinade, combine the chopped chili peppers, garlic and parsley. Add lemon juice, salt, spices, and olive oil. Stir.
Step 3
Cut the meat into 3x3 cm pieces, put in the marinade and leave for 20-30 minutes. Then thread onto skewers and grill on an oiled grill pan until cooked through.
Step 4
Serve souvlaki with zadziki sauce. Enjoy!
