Easy and quick cucumber appetizer with crab sticks and squid filling

| crab sticks 100 g |
| squid in oil 100 g |
| homemade mayonnaise 50 g |
| soy sauce 15 ml |
| green onion 5 g |
| HOMEMADE MAYONNAISE: |
| egg yolk 1 pc |
| vegetable oil 150 ml |
| mustard 1 tsp. |
| lemon juice 1 tsp. |
| sugar pinch |
| salt a pinch |
Step 1
Prepare the mayonnaise. Combine the mustard, egg yolk, lemon juice, sugar, salt and a little vegetable oil. Mix and then whisk with a blender, gradually adding the remaining oil, until thick.
Step 2
Cut the peeled cucumbers into barrels, about 5 centimeters high. Use a teaspoon to remove the core, leaving some pulp at the bottom.
Step 3
Sieve the calamari from the oil, blot with a paper towel, and shred. Combine with chopped crab sticks and green onions, add soy sauce, mayonnaise and mix.
Step 4
Stuff the cucumber kegs with this mixture. Sprinkle with chili peppers and green onions if desired. Enjoy.
