Step 1
Separate the caps of the mushrooms from the legs. Chop the caps and garlic and fry in vegetable oil until browned. Season with pepper and salt.
Step 2
Combine the tomatoes with the sugar, oregano and salt and beat with a blender.
Step 3
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, place the mushroom caps in it, fill it with tomato sauce, roasted mushrooms with garlic, slices of salami and grated cheese. Bake for 16-18 minutes at 190℃. Enjoy.
