 
A very easy recipe for chicken cutlets with cauliflower, bell peppers, herbs and cheese. It will be delicious for the whole family!
| chicken breast 600 g | 
| cauliflower 300 g | 
| sweet pepper 1 pc | 
| hard cheese 80 g | 
| green onion 1 bunch | 
| parsley 1 bunch | 
| eggs 2 pcs | 
| flour 2 tbsp. | 
| sour cream 2 tbsp. | 
| chicken seasoning | 
Step 1
Boil the cauliflower for 5 minutes, cut it into cubes.
Step 2
Cut the fillets into cubes, peel the peppers and cut into small cubes.
Step 3
Mix everything, add grated cheese and herbs, beat eggs, add flour and sour cream, add chicken seasoning, mix well and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Step 4
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, form chicken cutlets with vegetables, fry them until golden on both sides.
Step 5
Place the cutlets in a saucepan, cover with a lid for 5-7 minutes.
