BBQ pizza with two kinds of sausages, bacon and tomato sauce.

BATTER: |
wheat flour 175 g |
dry yeast 7 g |
olive oil 20 ml |
water 125 ml |

Step 1
Prepare the dough. Combine the sifted flour with the rest of the ingredients and knead the dough. Cover with clingfilm and leave in a warm place for 40 minutes.
Step 2
Chop the chili peppers, onion and meat products.Blend the tomatoes with a blender, salt and mix.
Step 3
Dust the table with flour, lightly knead and stretch the dough. Brush with tomato sauce, sprinkle with smoked paprika and oregano. Place onions, chili peppers and meat products on top. Sprinkle with cheese and black pepper.
Step 4
Bake at 250 degrees for 7-8 minutes. Serve pizza hot. Enjoy.
