For lunch, creamy cream soup with broccoli and chanterelles

Step 1
Fry finely chopped garlic and onion in vegetable oil.
Step 2
Add the broccoli, cut into florets, and fry on all sides.
Step 3
Pour in the stock and cream.
Step 4
Add chopped boiled potatoes, salt, pepper and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Step 5
Grind the soup in a blender.

Rinse the chanterelles thoroughly and fry in vegetable oil, salt, pepper and place on a napkin to get rid of fat.

Put the fried mushrooms in the ready cream soup. Decorate with cream and mint.
