Step 1
For the filling, combine eggs, sour cream, cream, flour, grated cheese, salt and pepper and mix.
Step 2
Slice leeks into thin half-rings, and cut Peking cabbage leaves and crab sticks into straws.

Combine everything in a bowl, season with fish spice and mix.
Step 4
Dust the surface with flour and roll out the dough to a thickness of 3-4 mm.

Grease a mold with butter and place the dough in it so that it covers the bottom and sides. Place the filling, pour the filling and bake the cake at 180°C for 40-45 minutes.
