Step 1
Prepare the stuffing. Strain the corn, beans and lecho from the liquid, mix with the stew, chopped herbs and onions (IMPORTANT! If the onions are very sharp or spicy, it is better to sauté them in vegetable or butter oil and add them to the dish in this form). Season with salt and black pepper.
Step 2
Prepare the dough. Combine kefir, eggs, sifted flour with baking powder, salt and beat with a mixer. Grease a mold with oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour half the dough into the mold, place the filling, fill with the remaining dough and sprinkle with oregano.
Step 3
Bake the pie at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Enjoy.
