Step 1
Brush the loaf slices with butter. Use a cooking ring to cut circles in the bread.
Step 2
Separate the yolks from the whites. Whisk the whites into a stiff foam with a pinch of salt.
Step 3
Place the loaf slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Carefully place the egg whites on the loaf and make small depressions by mixing the yolks into them.
Step 4
Bake for 5-7 minutes at 170-175 C.
Step 5
Serve with green onions.
