Another option for cooking eggs for breakfast. Toasted bread, airy whites and tender yolks - just a couple of minutes and you have a nutritious breakfast ready!

Ingredients


Baton 3 slices
Eggs 3 pcs
Butter
A pinch of salt
Green onions to serve

Instructions


Step 1

Brush the loaf slices with butter. Use a cooking ring to cut circles in the bread.

Step 2

Separate the yolks from the whites. Whisk the whites into a stiff foam with a pinch of salt.

Step 3

Place the loaf slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Carefully place the egg whites on the loaf and make small depressions by mixing the yolks into them.

Step 4

Bake for 5-7 minutes at 170-175 C.

Step 5

Serve with green onions.
