An unusual French dessert will not leave you indifferent. Fruit tart inside out, for which the fruit is caramelized before baking the tart.
pear (large) 1 pc |
plums 2 pcs |
sugar 200 g |
butter 50 g |
thyme sprig 1 pc |
sheet dough 500 g |
Step 1
Cut the pears in half, cut out the core and cut into slices. Cut the plums into small pieces.
Step 2
In a pan (in which you can then put the pie in the oven), pour sugar and melt over medium heat until caramelized. Remove from the heat and add the butter, stir until smooth.
Step 3
Add the thyme leaves to the sugar and butter mixture and stir.
Step 4
Arrange the pear slices in a circle in the caramel and the second layer with the plum.
Step 5
On top, cover the fruit with the pastry sheet, covering it completely, close to the pan.
Step 6
Bake for 20-25 minutes, at 180 degrees. Cover the pan with a flat plate and invert immediately after the pie is ready.
Step 7
Serve with sour cream or currants.
