 
Recipe for a very tasty julienne with mushrooms and cheese
| mushrooms 150 g | 
| hard cheese 40 g | 
| cream 30% 60 ml | 
| onion 10 g | 
| white wine 10 g | 
| all-purpose mushroom seasoning 5 g | 
Step 1
Slice the mushrooms and onions and place them in a pan with heated oil.
Step 2
When the mushrooms caramelize a little, add the wine and wait 3-4 minutes.
Step 3
Add the mushroom seasoning, cream and cook for another 1 minute.
Step 4
Place the mixture in a baking dish and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 5
Bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes at 180°C.
