Orange cupcake with dried cranberries and powdered sugar frosting
orange juice 2/3 cup |

grated orange zest 1 tbsp. |
butter 100 g |
flour 2 cups |
leavening agent 2 tsp. |
salt 1/2 tsp. |
sugar 1/4 cup |

Step 1
Stir in the flour, baking powder and salt
Step 2
In a separate bowl, whisk together the butter and sugar. Add the eggs one at a time, then stir in the orange juice and orange zest.
Step 3
Add the flour mixture to the resulting mixture and stir well
Step 4
Grease the mold with oil, bake for about 1 hour
Step 5
Remove from the oven, cool without removing from the mold for at least 10 minutes
Step 6
While the cupcake is cooling, mix the orange juice and powdered sugar to make the frosting.
Step 7
Pour the frosting over the cupcake
Step 8
Slice and serve.
