Eggs are a classic breakfast for many people around the world, but it is Mexico that ranks first in egg consumption. There is one and a half eggs per inhabitant per day! Dasha proposes to set her own Ukrainian record, especially since she makes wonderful Scrambled Eggs for breakfast!

Ingredients


eggs 3 pcs
milk
lightly salted salmon
toasted bread (or your favorite bun)
olive oil
butter
black pepper
salt

Instructions


Step 1

Mix eggs, milk, salt and black pepper.

Step 2

Put a skillet on medium heat. Pour a little olive oil and then put also a tbsp of butter. Wait until the skillet is well heated.

Step 3

Once the eggs start to set, stir them with a wooden spatula. Add the salmon to the egg mixture. Stir the eggs at 10-15 second intervals so that they do not form a single mass, but "fall apart".

Step 4

Serve "Scrambled Eggs" on toasted bread with butter.
