blueberries 30 g
water 300 ml
sugar 2 tsp.
potato starch 10 g
lemon juice 1 tsp.

Instructions


Step 1

Wash blueberries, pour water (200 ml), boil for 10 minutes, then leave for 15 minutes.

Step 2

After that, strain, add sugar, boil again.

Step 3

Introduce potato starch diluted with cold boiled water (100 ml) and mix, then, without letting it boil, remove from the stove and add lemon juice.
