Flavorful and energizing kutabs with greens and cottage cheese
wheat flour 200 g |

vegetable oil 20 ml |

FILLING: |
fresh spinach 100 g |
green onion 40 g |
parsley 20 g |
dill 20 g |
mint 10 g |
tarragon 10 g |
chard 50 g |
garlic 6 cloves |
cottage cheese 150 g |
butter 50 g |
salt, black pepper to taste |
Step 1
Chop garlic, fry in butter. Add chopped herbs, sauté a little and mix in a bowl with cottage cheese, salt and pepper.
Step 2
Combine the flour, salt, water and vegetable oil. Knead the dough, wrap it in clingfilm and leave it for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Then divide into 4 parts, roll out into circles with a diameter of 18 cm, put the filling on half of each circle, fold the dough in half and seal the edges.
Step 4
Bake the kutabs in a dry frying pan at medium temperature until browned. Then brush with butter. Bon appetit!
