Tender Azerbaijani kutabs with herbs and cheese
wheat flour 450 g |
salt 3 g |
vegetable oil 20 ml |
boiling water 120 ml |
mixed greens 300 g |

butter 100 g |
Step 1
Prepare the dough. Combine sifted flour with salt, pour in oil, boiling water and knead the dough. Then let it cool down, wrap it in cling film and leave it for 30-40 minutes.
Step 2
Prepare the filling. Mix the herbs in a blender and combine with coarsely grated cheese.
Step 3
Dust the table with flour. Divide the dough into 8 equal parts and roll each into a thin circle. Place 2-3 tablespoons of filling on one half of the circle and carefully seal the edges.
Step 4
Fry the kutabs on a dry frying pan until browned on both sides. Then brush liberally with butter.
Step 5
