Tender banana pie - for those who can't live without sweets

wheat flour 400 g |
cocoa 80 g |

boiling water 250 ml |

Step 1
Pour boiling water over the butter, stir and bring to the boil. Sift in the flour and cocoa, add the salt and mix. Pour in the hot water and butter mixture and knead the dough. Then wrap it in cling film and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Spread the dough on the bottom and side of the mold, with a diameter of 26-28 centimeters, prick with a fork and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Then allow the crust to cool completely.
Step 3
Combine peeled bananas with condensed milk and starch, beat with a blender until smooth. Add cream, vanilla sugar, eggs, mix and fill the crust with the mixture.
Step 4
Bake the cake at 160 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Then let it cool down completely. Sprinkle with sugar and burn with a burner. Bon appetit.
