water 200 ml |

wheat flour 140 g |
INGREDIENTS: |
lightly salted or smoked salmon 150 g |
feta cheese 150 g |
fresh dill or parsley 3 sprigs |
Step 1
Prepare the dough: put the butter and salt in a saucepan and pour in the water. Put on the fire and wait for the butter to melt. Remove from the heat and knead in the flour. Return to the heat and stir until the dough becomes homogeneous and pulls away from the sides of the pan.
Step 2
Remove from the stove and add one egg at a time to the dough, mix well and then beat with a blender until smooth.
Step 3
Form profiteroles with a pastry bag, place them on parchment paper and send them to the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
Step 4
Filling: cut the fish into small pieces, add the feta and herbs and mix.
Step 5
Take the profiteroles out of the oven, cut off the top of each one, add the filling and cover with the cut part.
