Thai rice noodles Pad Thai with pork
| rice noodles 200 g |
| egg 1 pc |
| pork bat 200 g |
| garlic 2 cloves |
| sweet pepper 100 g |
| Peking cabbage 60 g |
| roasted peanuts 30 g |
| green onion 20 g |
| cilantro 10 g |
| vegetable oil 25 ml |
| chili pepper to taste |
| SOUCE: |
| oyster sauce 60 ml |
| soy sauce 30 ml |
| apple or rice vinegar 30 ml |
| water 150 ml |
| peanut oil 40 ml |
| sugar 15 g |
Step 1
Pour boiling water over the noodles and leave under a lid for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and bring to the boil.
Step 3
Thinly slice the sweet peppers and the pork into thin slices. Chop the garlic. Fry everything together in vegetable oil until cooked through and transfer to a bowl.
Step 4
In the same skillet, cook the scramble. Add the noodles and sliced Peking cabbage to it. Pour in the sauce and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Step 5
Then add the roasted pork with peppers and garlic, chopped peanuts, chili peppers and herbs. Mix well. Enjoy!
