Sausage octopus in corn-wheat batter

| wheat flour 60 g |
| corn flour 70 g |
| egg 1 pc |
| milk 130 ml |
| leavening agent 1 tsp. |
| vegetable oil 0,5 l |
| salt, dried garlic to taste |
Step 1
Combine the two types of flour, dried garlic, salt, leavening agent, egg, and milk and knead into a smooth dough.
Step 2
Cut the sausages halfway into several pieces, dip the other half into the batter.
Step 3
Deep-fry until browned. Enjoy.
