Step 1
Prepare the filling. Chop peanuts, garlic, white part of green onion, chili pepper and fry in butter. Then add honey, soy sauce and cook, stirring until thickened. Afterwards, allow the filling to cool.
Step 2
Make pockets in the chicken fillet, fill them with stuffing and grated cheese, fasten the edges with toothpicks.
Step 3
Prepare the glaze. Mix honey, soy sauce and curry. Coat the surface of the fillet with glaze and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Bon appetit!
