Utopenci is the most favorite Czech beer snack, which is as popular as the famous drink.

| MARINADE: |
| boiling water 0.5 liters |
| wine vinegar 150 ml |
| vegetable oil 20 ml |
| sugar 30 g |
| salt 30 g |
| cloves 2 pcs |
| bay leaf 2 pcs |
| allspice 8 peas |
Step 1
Prepare the marinade. Combine the spices, salt and sugar in a saucepan.
Step 2
Fill with boiling water and cook for 10 minutes. Then cool slightly, pour in vinegar, vegetable oil and mix.
Step 3
Cut cucumbers, chili peppers and garlic into thin rings. Cut each spikachka lengthwise on one side and fill with garlic peppers and cucumbers.
Step 4
Fill a liter jar with the speckachkas, layering the chopped onions, remaining cucumbers, garlic and chili peppers. After filling the speckachki with the marinade, cool and place in the refrigerator for 7-8 days. Enjoy.
