Yummy browned cabbage fritters with spicy Asian sauce
| white cabbage 400 g |
| eggs 2 pcs |
| breadcrumbs 30 g |
| flour 1 tbsp. |
| vegetable oil 40 ml |
| TO TASTE: |
| salt |
| black pepper |
| dried garlic |
| dried ginger |
| ASIAN SAUCE: |
| soy sauce 80 ml |
| oyster sauce 60 ml |
| garlic 1 clove |
| lime juice to taste |
| sugar to taste |
| fresh chili pepper to taste |
Step 1
Prepare the Asian sauce. Crush the garlic and chili pepper, combine with the oyster and soy sauce, lime juice and sugar. Stir and leave for a few minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, prepare the fritters. Shred the cabbage, salt and crumble it with your hands. Add the breadcrumbs, flour, eggs, garlic, pepper, ginger and mix.
Step 3
Fry the fritters in vegetable oil until cooked. Serve with sauce. Enjoy!
