Flavorful baked cabbage with spicy lemon-herb dressing
white cabbage 0.5 kg |
olive oil 30 ml |

DRESSING: |
lemon 1 pc |
soy sauce 30 ml |
olive oil 40 ml |
garlic 1 clove |
green basil 10 g |
TO TASTE: |
salt |
sugar |
thyme |
oregano |
Step 1
Prepare the dressing. Combine the chopped basil and garlic with the thyme, soy sauce, oregano, sugar, lemon juice, salt and oil. Stir.
Step 2
Cut out the core and slice the cabbage into thin slices. Place on a parchment-lined baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Bake at 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Pour over the dressing and serve. Enjoy.
