Step 1
Brown the chopped onion in vegetable oil.
Step 2
Sift flour with baking powder, add fried onions, salt, sugar, egg and kefir. Knead the dough. Cover the bowl with the dough with clingfilm and leave it for 30-40 minutes.
Step 3
Dust the table with flour, divide the dough into 8 parts. Roll each one into a flatbread with a diameter of 10-12 centimeters and fry on both sides until browned in vegetable oil.
Step 4
Place the ready pundits in a stack and serve. Enjoy.
