Pork on the bone

Pork steak on the bone in a spicy marinade.

Ingredients


chelogach (250 g each) 2 pieces
vegetable oil 20 ml
orange juice 200 ml
cilantro 15 g
green onion 15 g
garlic 2 cloves
zira 2 g
paprika 3 g
sugar 25 g
salt 20 g
chili pepper to taste

Instructions


Step 1

For the marinade, combine the chopped garlic, chili peppers, cilantro and green onions, sugar, paprika, zira, orange juice and salt in the bowl of a blender. Blend until smooth!

Step 2

Make an incision on each piece of meat along the bone, place in the marinade, cover with foil and leave in the refrigerator overnight (or at room temperature for 2-3 hours).

Step 3

Then blot the meat with a paper towel, grease with vegetable oil and fry in vegetable oil until ready. Bon appetit!
