Step 1
For the marinade, combine the chopped garlic, chili peppers, cilantro and green onions, sugar, paprika, zira, orange juice and salt in the bowl of a blender. Blend until smooth!
Step 2
Make an incision on each piece of meat along the bone, place in the marinade, cover with foil and leave in the refrigerator overnight (or at room temperature for 2-3 hours).
