Appetizing juicy pork on the bone with tangy citrus sauce
| Pork on the bone (4 pieces of 250 g each) 1 kg |
| olive oil 20 ml |
| salt, black pepper to taste |
| SOUCE: |
| zest of 1 lemon |
| lemon juice 25 ml |
| grain mustard 20 g |
| garlic 2 cloves |
| olive oil 60 ml |
| cilantro 30 g |
| sugar 10 g |
| oregano 1 tsp. |
| ground zira 1/4 tsp. |
| salt to taste |
| black pepper to taste |
| red pepper to taste |
Step 1
Make incisions in each piece of pork along the bone. Season the meat with salt and pepper and brush with olive oil. Fry for 5 minutes on each side.
Step 2
Squeeze garlic into a bowl, add lemon juice and zest, mustard, sugar, salt, black and red pepper, oregano, zira, olive oil, and chopped cilantro. Stir to combine.
Step 3
Serve the pork with the citrus sauce. Enjoy.
