Spicy and hearty Mexican mini pork tacos baked under cheese

| pork loin 600 g |
| sweet pepper 200 g |
| onions 120 g |
| canned corn 150 g |
| tomato paste 30 g |
| cream (30%) 100 ml |
| grated hard cheese 200 g |
| parsley 15 g |
| vegetable oil 40 ml |
| smoked paprika 1 tsp. |
| dried garlic 1 tsp. |
| oregano 1 tsp. |
| TO TASTE: |
| salt |
| sugar |
| black pepper |
| red pepper |
Step 1
Cut the pork into thin slices, season with salt, pepper and oil, fry and transfer to a plate.
Step 2
In the same pan, fry the chopped onion and pepper. Add sugar, tomato paste and spices. Fry for a minute. Then add the corn, cream, pork, salt and pepper. Stir and let the stuffing cool.
Step 3
Cut 14 mini tortillas out of the tortillas. Fill them and place them in a mold. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and cheese.
Step 4
Bake at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!
