blue cheese 80 g |

Step 1
Combine the starch, cream, salt, spices and grated hard cheese. Stir.
Step 2
Boil the cabbage in salted water for 5 minutes. Then place in an oiled mold.
Step 3
Add the blue cheese slices and pour the cream and cheese mixture over the cabbage.
Step 4
Bake the gratin at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Enjoy.
