Vegetable gratin of cauliflower and broccoli with blue cheese

Ingredients


broccoli florets 600 g
cauliflower 600 g
cream (20%) 600 g
hard cheese 150 g
blue cheese 80 g
butter 20 g
cornstarch 10 g
TO TASTE:
salt
black pepper
oregano

Instructions


Step 1

Combine the starch, cream, salt, spices and grated hard cheese. Stir.

Step 2

Boil the cabbage in salted water for 5 minutes. Then place in an oiled mold.

Step 3

Add the blue cheese slices and pour the cream and cheese mixture over the cabbage.

Step 4

Bake the gratin at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Enjoy.
